Q: How do I report a bug or error?

Please email us at support@myfinap.com with:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 14)

  • A screenshot (if possible)

We review all reports personally.

Q: I purchased a subscription but don’t see access. What do I do?

First, try force-closing and reopening the app.

Still not working? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
